To clarify, the female argonaut makes this spiral, shell-like eggs case, uses it to assist with buoyancy until she actually lays her eggs, and then uses it to protect her eggs once they’re laid. She has two modified arms with big, round parts on the ends to hold onto the inside of her egg case.
You never once questioned why a character meant to be a gay man was portrayed as satanic and evil?
As a five year old in the 90’s, I can assure I was not aware of the socio-political ramifications of the cartoons I watched. My apologies.
“What makes the poor entitled to billionaires money??”
Look, if I could donate 1% of my assets and it would end homelessness and global hunger permanently, I absolutely would do it in a half a heartbeat, and quite frankly it says a great deal about billionaires that they won’t do it, and it says a great deal about the people who don’t see a problem with 1% of people having the power to end almost all global suffering with a mere 1% of their wealth and simply refusing to do it.
You are not entitled to the wealth of others.
Should they be charitable? Yes. If they are, great. If they aren’t, there’s nothing you can or should do about it.
It’s literally not their wealth actually, when their workers are the ones producing, shipping, stocking, marketing, and selling the products just because their name is on the product. If 100 people work to sell something and 1 of them is so wealthy he will never spend the money in his life time, and the other 99 of them cannot afford both food and shelter this month, that isn’t ‘they got that wealth by themselves!’ that’s ‘they abused, coerced, manipulated and hurt 99% of the people in their company so they could have a bigger number in the account than the guy next door’.
It’s not their money or their wealth if they abused and manipulated and harmed others to get it. Stealing it from their employees doesn’t make it theirs.
